As the year comes to a close, I am writing to express my gratitude for your trust in Prestige Custom Home Builders. It has been an incredible journey working with each and every one of you, and I am thrilled to share some highlights from 2023 and exciting plans for the upcoming year.

We had many amazing projects we got to work on from coastal to inland. Some of our favorite homes were:

“This project was a special one. We had buyers come in at framing so they were able to create the space inside how they wanted it. They wanted to add something totally different… a loft above the kitchen. We wanted to deliver. Once the loft was created, we needed access. This was made possible with a custom-made library ladder made out of White Oak to match the vent hood in the kitchen. Once it was all tied in together the finished product was a show-stopper!" - Landon

Year in Review -
Emerging Trends - Some trends that we saw this year impacted how we design homes. See our favorites below:
- Bold Colors - Mixing primary colors was huge this year on the walls and with home decor.
- Stone - We saw a lot of families opt to use stone accents in their homes. This was done to fireplaces and we saw a lot of stone furniture.
- Curves - We saw a lot of organic and natural shapes when it came to furniture and wood paneling.

The working cadence we’ve created with our customers has been fruitful; with that in mind, we are always looking to connect with the community more. We will be at the builder's show in 2024 looking for the latest trends, products, and best practices out there to maintain our product.
We are excited and eager to see what this next year brings. We are planning to create more projects, share more of our expertise, and provide you with easy ways to connect.
